Ridley Watts
President

Ridley began his career rewinding motors and building control panels on the shop floor during high school and college.  After earning his engineering degree, Ridley worked in the steel forging, plastics, packaging machinery and discrete manufacturing industries.   He has implemented control systems in inumerable process and discrete manufacturing operations and has extensive product development experience.

Bob Wiese
Director of Engineering

As our Chief Propeller Head, John guides our most complex projects.  He has experience designing systems from water and wastewater to laser welding and vision systems.  His career has spanned employment with major automotive companies, printing and press automation, electronic display systems and software development.  John has a degree in electrical engineering

John Hrnchar
Project Manager

John has been with Panel Master over 20 years and is our most senior employee.  It is often said that John has forgotten more than most controls project managers have ever known.  John manages customer projects and is in charge of our manufacturing operation.  He has broad experience that is difficult to duplicate.

Dave Terlop
Engineer / Project Manager

Dave brings a broad range of experience to our team.  He has worked on all kinds of projects from  furnace controls to washer systems to landfill flare controls.  Dave guides complex projects that require creativity.  Dave is in charge of our field service operations.

Larry Turner
Quoting Manager

Larry is our project manager extraordinaire!  He deftly managers customer projects focusing on your requirements and budget.  He has experience in dispensing, automotive, steel and general industrial controls.
